Your Mission
As a Sales Support Representative based in Chile or Mexico, your mission is to provide outstanding assistance to both our clients and sales team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication, fast response times, and seamless support that elevates our guests' travel experiences and empowers our sales professionals to shine.
What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
- Make daily follow-up calls and send emails to clients, ensuring their needs are met and questions answered.
- Assist the sales team by handling routine tasks and providing support during staff days off.
- Respond to inbound phone calls, manage new leads, and ensure timely communication.
- Follow established sales workflows and maintain detailed, organized records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
Schedule Note: This role follows a Tuesday–Saturday shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM–Midnight CET).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Previous sales experience.
- Extensive personal travel within Europe.
- Background in the hospitality industry.
- Experience working remotely.
- Prior work in the travel industry or tourism sector.
