Full-Time Salesforce Functional Consultant - Senior

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you'll leverage your skills and experience to play a key role in project success. You'll own the functional aspects of each project, ensuring the highest quality Salesforce solutions.

Your role extends beyond configuration. You'll work closely with clients, proactively understanding their needs and goals to develop optimal solutions.

You'll primarily work on-site at client locations, with the flexibility to work from home and participate in regular office days in Ghent, Mechelen, Heverlee, or Braine L'Alleud to connect with teammates.

Collaborating with Belgian and international organizations, you'll analyze customer requirements, understand their processes, and grasp business challenges in marketing, sales, and service.

You'll challenge clients to understand their existing processes and identify how Salesforce can help them achieve strategic, tactical, and financial goals.

You'll take ownership of your project tasks, coordinate with colleagues, and contribute to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include analysis, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, documentation, training, and go-live support for Salesforce projects.

You'll also contribute to pre-sales activities and proposals to support Inetum's growth.
