Full-Time Salesforce Platform Manager

Experian Employer Services is seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Manager and Architect. This remote role reports to the VP of Sales Strategy and Enablement.

Responsibilities:

• Combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise.
• Oversee the entire Salesforce ecosystem, from strategy to implementation.
• Set the vision and execute SFDC platform design and experience roadmap.
• Lead team supporting SFDC and Data Quality.
• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions (CPQ, CLM, etc.).
• Manage projects, timelines, and technical documentation.
• Design and implement data models ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Strategic Leadership: Manage a team, develop a long-term Salesforce strategy, identify growth opportunities, collaborate with partners and leadership, and manage external consultants.
• Hands-on Development: Contribute to complex development tasks, design solutions, create technical documents, and analyze sales processes.
• Technical Expertise: Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and integrations.
• Technical Expertise (Salesforce CPQ): CPQ configuration, product modeling, pricing, quote generation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, finance, customer success, product, data, and IT teams to optimize processes.
• Project Management: Manage SFDC projects from initiation to completion, monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and coordinate with teams.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, ensure data privacy compliance, perform reviews, and maintain SFDC governance.
• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of IT experience, 5+ years of Salesforce experience, and relevant certifications.
