We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive business growth by finding and qualifying new leads for a leadership development platform. You’ll connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media, set up appointments for the sales team, and play a key role in building the sales pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
- Find and qualify leads through inbound and outbound outreach.
- Research target accounts to understand their needs and identify key decision-makers.
- Use calls, emails, and social media to connect with potential customers.
- Set up appointments for Account Executives and track your activity in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve results.
- Meet and exceed activity goals like calls, emails, and qualified leads.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or prospecting role.
- Proven track record of hitting sales activity goals.
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone and via email.
- Experience with CRM systems (like GoHighLevel) and sales tools.
- Motivated, driven, and eager to grow in a sales career.
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
