Full-Time SDR Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive business growth by finding and qualifying new leads for a leadership development platform.

You’ll connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media, set up appointments for the sales team, and play a key role in building the sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do:

• Find and qualify leads through inbound and outbound outreach.

• Use calls, emails, and social media to connect with potential customers.
• Set up appointments for Account Executives and track your activity in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve results.
• Meet and exceed activity goals like calls, emails, and qualified leads.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or prospecting role.
• Proven track record of hitting sales activity goals.
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone and via email.
• Experience with CRM systems (like GoHighLevel) and sales tools.
• Motivated, driven, and eager to grow in a sales career.
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
