Sales Development Representative (SDR) – 100% Remote
Location: Montreal, QC (Remote – must be based in Quebec)
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Languages: English required, French is a plus
Your Role: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact with our prospects. Your mission: generate and qualify sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Identify and contact potential prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to defined criteria
- Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B prospecting or sales (SaaS, tech, or professional services preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Comfortable using sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.)
- Motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
