About the Role Armada works with commercial and government customers across diverse industries (renewable energy, telecommunications, logistics, emergency response, public safety, defense, healthcare, smart infrastructure). This inside sales role focuses on selling Armada Connect for organizations procuring, managing, and optimizing Starlink and other connectivity solutions. We seek a dynamic, results-driven Senior Account Executive to focus exclusively on Armada Connect. This marketing-driven sales cycle needs a process-oriented professional to streamline the customer journey and drive urgency.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential Starlink and Connect customers through research, cold outreach.
- Qualify leads to assess fit and potential for Connect.
- Source and close new business to meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
- Build in-depth understanding of Armada’s products and their role in various industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, closing.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceed performance goals through outbound calls, emails, demos, trials.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
- Gather market and client feedback for Armada's product and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years quota-carrying sales experience, proven track record.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, articulating complex solutions.
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Self-motivated and independent worker.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Salesforce or CRM experience a plus.
- Value-based selling approach.
- Tenacity, curiosity, and strong drive to learn.
- Experience handling mid-to-large deal sizes.
- Sales engagement platform experience (e.g., Outreach) a plus.
