Job Details

We are seeking a highly-driven and self-motivated Enterprise Senior Account Executive to drive integration services sales. The candidate will manage multiple, complex sales cycles with Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify IT pain points and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized IT solutions.
  • Present IT solutions, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Manage client relationships, grow existing business, and identify new opportunities.
  • Work with IBM sales counterparts to drive opportunities.
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients.
  • Whiteboard solutions for prospects and customers.
  • Calculate and socialize ROI scenarios.
  • Work with technology partners to develop new business through referrals.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle (lead generation to onboarding).
  • Forecast accurately and maintain sales reports.
  • Generate sales activities (calls, meetings, presentations, proposals, client entertainment).
  • Answer client inquiries about products and services.
  • Solicit and communicate client feedback.
  • Facilitate on-site product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with sales, services, and marketing teams.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue quota.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive or Sales Representative.
  • 5+ years experience in IT Professional Services.
  • Experience selling both fixed-price and T&M projects.
  • Quota responsibilities: $2-$3M+ per year.
  • Experience with IBM Sterling and/or competitor solutions preferred.
  • Experience with consultative sales (ideally in technology integration)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer service-minded with strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and sales closing skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% (US).
