Senior Account Lead
Own the end-to-end client experience and revenue portfolio for a 30-person collective specializing in digital design and development. Drive account growth, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain project profitability.
Develop multi-year growth plans, lead executive-level conversations, and implement governance and change-management processes.
Partner with the Founder and Team Leads to translate the company's strategic vision into tangible results.
Compensation
Commission-based model (8% of gross revenue per project, up to 1 year). Quarterly profit share.
Responsibilities
- Stewardship of New Business: Champion sales cycle from prospecting to delivery.
- Consultative Selling and Negotiation: Diagnose client challenges, articulate tailored solutions, and negotiate agreements.
- Proactive Client Engagement: Establish regular check-ins and support Team Leads.
- Transparent Scope & Change Management: Document deliverables and enforce change request processes.
- Executive-level Relationship Management: Engage C-suite stakeholders and translate technical roadmaps.
- Escalation & Issue Resolution: Resolve client/team concerns within 48 hours.
- Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Champion best practices and iterate playbooks.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated new business success in digital design/development.
- Minimum $1M-$2.5M in closed net-new revenue in the past 3 years.
- Deep understanding of digital product lifecycles.
- Complete project management fluency.
- Expert use of CRM and pipeline management platforms.
- Data analytics and forecasting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Located in a time zone between Pacific Standard Time and Central European Time.
