Full-Time Senior Account Manager

Senior Account Manager leads tactical execution of integrated and digital marketing plans with an understanding of the agency/client relationship. This role develops and incorporates strategic planning within account management.

Works alongside PMO, Creative, and SMEs to apply data and insights to produce solid project plans.

As main client/agency contact, leads campaign and project plan development, provides day-to-day support on broader strategic efforts alongside Account Supervisor/Director.

Accountable for identifying and meeting client needs, aligning to internal processes for successful initiation, management, and execution of all initiatives. Includes leading client presentations, facilitating internal project meetings, and participating in a large account team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or comparable field, or equivalent education plus experience.

4-6 years related industry experience: client-side brand team, consultative, advertising agency, and/or pharmaceutical.

Strong experience in marketing and advertising, expertise in digital and print execution; understanding of marketing and digital strategy, media, and technology.

Strong client relations skills with proven customer satisfaction.

Proven ability to manage projects to successful and collaborative completion.

Sound analytical skills, ability to derive insights from data; understanding of web development technologies.

Supervisory and staff development skills.

Financial acumen.

Ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Periodic travel required.
