Full-Time Senior Account Manager - BDP/MDU

Brightspeed is seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Sales and Channel Management – Community Transformations department to grow Multi-Unit Dwelling (MDU) and Single-Family Home (SFH) partnerships through contract acquisition.

Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting and exceeding sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas.
• Developing hunting strategies for new MDU and SFH construction.
• Creating and maintaining a sales funnel.
• Building strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer experience.
• Managing day-to-day sales activity, funnel activity, territory management, and customer-focused sales efforts.
• Participating in industry events to secure new business.
• Negotiating offers and contracts for building entrance agreements, bulk prices, and marketing agreements.
• Working closely with engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Tracking customer fiber builds to ensure project milestones.
• Proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Proven sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of cable, TV, internet, and/or voice products and services (preferred).
• Residential property management or real estate development experience (preferred).
