Brightspeed is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Sales and Channel Management – Community Transformations department! The Senior Account Manager will grow Multi-Unit Dwelling (MDU) and Single-Family Home (SFH) partnerships by acquiring contracts with developers, property managers, and builders.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting/exceeding sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas
- Developing hunting strategies for targeting new MDU and SFH construction
- Creating and maintaining a full sales funnel
- Building strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Managing day-to-day sales activity, funnel activity, territory management, and customer-focused sales efforts
- Participating in community and industry events
- Negotiating offers and contracts for building entrance agreements, bulk prices, and marketing agreements
- Collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams to create solutions for customers
- Tracking customer fiber builds and ensuring project milestones are met
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving obstacles
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience
- Proven sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
