Full-Time Senior Account Manager - BDP/MDU

Brightspeed is seeking a Senior Account Manager to grow MDU and SFH partnerships through contract acquisition with developers, property managers, and builders.

Responsibilities include:

1. Meeting and exceeding sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas.
2. Developing and executing hunting strategies for new MDU and SFH construction.
3. Creating and maintaining a sales funnel.
4. Building strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
5. Managing day-to-day sales activity, funnel activity, territory management, and customer-focused sales efforts.
6. Participating in community and industry events to secure new business.
7. Leading in industry knowledge and territory's competitive landscape.
8. Negotiating offers and contracts for building entrance agreements, bulk prices, and marketing agreements.
9. Working closely with engineers and other cross-functional teams to create solutions for customers.
10. Tracking customer fiber builds and ensuring project milestones are met.
11. Proactively troubleshooting issues and resolving obstacles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Proven results-driven professional sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of cable, TV, internet, and/or voice products and services.
• Residential property management or real estate development experience.
