We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development professional to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth of our automation testing solutions, with a strong focus on expanding our presence in Vietnam and region markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in engineering fields such as mechanical, automation, electrical, or electronics, and a proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies for complex technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals, focusing on the expansion of domestic market and collaborate on international markets with Averna global sales teams.
- Drive sales development, identifying and securing new clients for automation testing machine solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring the continuous growth of business in key markets.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored automation testing solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, R&D, etc.) to ensure product and service excellence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the automation testing industry.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Accountable for business development and sales bookings/accounts.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, or Electronics.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling technical solutions or machinery in the automation or testing industries.
- Proven track record in sales and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of automation testing machines or related technical solutions.
- Demonstrable experience in consultative technology solution sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Mastering English spoken and written is required; additional languages are a plus.
- A willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Experience with SFDC.
