Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development and Client Strategy Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and deepen relationships within select sectors in North America. This is a pivotal role combining strategic planning, client engagement, and market expansion to drive business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within data center, pharma, or energy sectors. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate target markets and expand the company's footprint.
- Client Strategy and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensure exceptional service delivery and alignment with client goals. Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Develop client account strategies to maximize retention and growth.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Provide insights to internal teams on market dynamics and client needs.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Partner with internal teams to align business development efforts with company capabilities. Mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in business development, client strategy, or sales, preferably in the data center or related technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the data center market, key players, trends, and technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing long-term client relationships.
- Ability to travel as needed.

Salary Transparency Statement: Annual base salary between $169,000 and $221,000, dependent on experience and location.
