Job Details

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development and Client Strategy Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and deepen relationships within select sectors in North America. This role combines strategic planning, client engagement, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within data center, pharma, or energy sectors. Develop strategic plans with Key Account Managers for target market penetration.
  2. Client Strategy and Relationship Management: Serve as primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers. Develop client account strategies for retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  3. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Provide insights to internal teams on market dynamics.
  4. Collaboration and Leadership: Partner with internal teams (consulting, engineering, etc.) to align business development efforts with company capabilities. Mentor junior team members.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 15 years' experience in business development, client strategy, or sales, preferably in the data center sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the data center market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Salary Transparency Statement: Base pay is between $169,000 and $221,000 annually, depending on factors including experience.
