Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development and Client Strategy Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and deepen relationships within select sectors in North America. This is a pivotal role combining strategic planning, client engagement, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within data center, pharma, or energy sectors. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate target markets, expand the company's footprint, lead proposal, presentation, and client pitch creation.
- Client Strategy and Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact for key clients, ensure exceptional service delivery and alignment with client goals. Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, industry stakeholders. Develop client account strategies to maximize retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams on market dynamics and client needs.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Partner with internal teams (consulting, engineering, project management, operations) to align business development efforts with company capabilities. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in business development, client strategy, or sales, preferably within data center or related technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the data center market, including key players, trends, and technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing long-term client relationships.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
