Job Details

Commercial discipline drives business growth, manages partnerships, and provides industry expertise to clients and internal teams. This strategic and consultative team builds meaningful client relationships through knowledge of IT services and industry trends/challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor selling IT Professional Services, building long-standing relationships.
  • Identify potential clients using lead generation, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Execute the entire sales cycle, from acquisition to closing, driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified lead pipeline, aligning with sales goals.
  • Negotiate, manage, and close strategic new business deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, delivering revenue goals.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in technology challenges within the chosen vertical.
  • Exceed personal financial goals by growing business, driving revenue growth, and achieving uncapped commission.
  • Participate in speaking events, workshops, panels, and conferences to share expertise.
  • Significant new business development experience selling offshore/nearshore IT Professional Services (especially within the telco industry).
  • Strong understanding of telco industry trends and challenges.
  • Existing network of contacts/customers in the telco industry.
  • Lead strategic new business development initiatives, targeting large enterprise clients.
  • Experience in prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, presentations, negotiations, closing contracts, and building relationships.
  • Identify industry pain points to engage and persuade VP/C-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and statements of work.

Travel: Travel is essential (valid passport/driving license needed). Travel required locally, within country, and internationally during working hours.

Additional Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for work-related events.
