Commercial discipline is responsible for driving business growth, managing partnerships, and providing industry subject matter expertise to clients and internal teams.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will identify new clients and introduce them to our IT services. You'll guide customers through the entire sales cycle, offering solutions for enterprise IT transformation.

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor selling IT Professional Services to potential clients.
  2. Identify potential clients through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and online research.
  3. Execute the client sales cycle from acquisition to closing deals.
  4. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  5. Negotiate and close strategic new business deals.
  6. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  7. Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology challenges in your vertical.
  8. Grow your book of business and achieve uncapped commission.
  9. Participate in speaking events, workshops, and industry conferences.

Experience Requirements: 8-10+ years of new business development experience, specifically selling offshore/nearshore IT Professional Services to the Media, Telco & Technology industry.

Essential Skills: Sales-driven professional, hunter-centric experience, strong prospecting/cold calling skills, sales presentations, negotiation, closing contracts, building relationships, identifying industry pain points, influencing C-level decision-makers, self-motivation and exceeding targets.

Experience in selling a variety of commercial models including T&M, outcome-based, and managed services.

Travel Requirements: Extensive travel (local, within country, and international). Valid passport and driver's license required. Ability to lift 25 pounds.
