Job Details

Our Commercial discipline drives business growth, manages partnerships, and provides industry expertise and advisory to clients and internal teams.

This team creates meaningful client relationships by combining knowledge of IT services and industry trends/pain points.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, selling IT Professional Services to potential clients, showcasing capabilities and building relationships.
  • Identify potential clients via lead generation, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Execute the entire sales cycle, from acquiring new clients to closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads by researching and contacting prospects, aligning with sales goals.
  • Negotiate, manage, and close strategic new business deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology challenges in the telco industry.
  • Exceed financial goals by growing business, driving revenue, and achieving uncapped commission.
  • Participate in speaking events, workshops, panels, and conferences.
  • Significant experience in new business development, selling offshore/nearshore IT Professional Services, particularly within the telco industry, with strong industry understanding and an existing network.
  • Lead strategic new business development initiatives, targeting large enterprise clients.
  • Strong sales experience, prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, sales presentations, negotiating, closing contracts, building relationships, identifying industry pain points.
  • Engage with and persuade VP or C-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and statements of work.

Travel:

  • Travel is required, locally, nationally, and internationally.
  • Valid passport/driving license required.
