What you do
- Qualify prospects, present OFX's value proposition to Accountants, Bookkeepers, and Advisors.
- Onboard new customers and grow revenue for the Australian business.
- Understand prospect challenges and aspirations, and demonstrate how OFX can improve profitability and scalability.
- Collaborate with the OFX operations team on compliance, legal adjustments, product advancements, and distribution channels.
- Attend industry events, research, identify, and track leads and opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve product and commercial objectives.
- Partner with internal teams to mature OFX’s growth strategy in the accounting sector by providing industry insights.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications
- 5+ years of sales and business development experience
- SaaS and/or FX experience (preferred)
- Salesforce experience (desirable)
- Strong understanding of solution sales and aligning products to customer pain points.
- Experience selling to accounting firms, advisors, and bookkeepers.
- Strategic thinking skills for proposal preparation and delivery to stakeholders, using methodologies like Challenger or MEDDIC.
- Hunter mentality and entrepreneurial approach.
- Ability to own the entire sales process autonomously.
- Strong team contributor and subject matter expert.
- Commercial acumen to present viable deals for both clients and OFX.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to grow strategic relationships from inception to scale.
