Base Salary: $55-65K CAD
Variable: $15-25K (Uncapped)
Hybrid: 1 day in-office per week (Downtown Toronto)

Training & Onboarding: A 3-week onboarding program covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights. You will also receive rigorous ongoing training after the onboarding to set you up for success.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers to determine fit, need, project budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications (LinkedIn, email, telephone) designed to increase customer interest in Easygenerator’s products.
- Find opportunities to generate new business and fuel our growth.
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- 0-2 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written - Near Native Level English
- Clear, goal-oriented communication that leaves no room for interpretation
- Initiative, multitasking, prioritization and time management
- High energy and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
