Senior Client Executive builds and maintains long-term client relationships.
Understanding Client Needs: Research, understand partner organization, goals, and product/service needs.
Relationship Management: Manage relationships; ensure revenue protection and growth; adhere to SLAs, pricing, and compliance.
Revenue Generation: Support renewals; track subscriber growth, identify potential growth opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Advise clients on product bundles, platform, and integration best practices.
Upselling: Create upsell demand within existing relationships.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with MCE to resolve call center issues and adjust contracts.
Client Support: Research and bundle products to meet client needs; maintain contact with product/service users.
Customer Insights: Provide customer insights to product and marketing.
Reporting: CRM accountability; forecast and gap reporting.
Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 8+ years of relationship management experience; sales drive and motivation.
Skills: Intellectual horsepower; problem-solving and analytical skills; knowledge of SaaS solutions or willingness to learn; customer service and project management.
Travel: Willingness to travel.
