Position Summary: Manages a portfolio of high-value, high-growth enterprise clients. Leads key activities: service delivery, relationship building (executive & lower levels), account strategy, project expansion, and contract renewals. Coordinates with clients and marketing for member enrollment communication strategies. Connects clients with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Member Services, Clinical Operations). Requires a consultative approach, strong project management skills, and commitment to exceptional client experiences. Individual contributor role with growth potential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Account Management & Client Success: Provide exceptional account management, ensuring continuous satisfaction and support. Cultivate strong relationships across all client levels. Drive annual revenue retention and growth through account plans.
- Data-Driven Strategy & ROI Communication: Leverage data insights for account strategies. Effectively communicate ROI and clinical metrics to clients.
- Marketing & Engagement: Lead marketing campaigns boosting enrollment and engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor materials and develop campaigns addressing client needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Self-motivated, passionate about employer health benefits, excellent communicator, strategic thinker, able to align stakeholders, sales-oriented, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, creative, and empathetic to members' GI health conditions.
Desired Qualifications: 6+ years experience with self-insured employers, payers, TPAs, or large enterprise client onboarding/management in a health-oriented industry. Proven ability to hit sales goals/quotas. Strong analytical capabilities, process improvement skills, Salesforce, XLS, Project Management tools (e.g., ClickUp), Google Suite experience. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project execution, and budget management in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to travel 20%.
