Job Details
Senior Client Partner for Travel will be a member of sales and account management leadership team at WNS UK and report into the Business Unit Head for the Travel Vertical.
Overall responsibility: Delivering and owning a high level of governance of client relationships for Travel.
Note: Candidates with Client Partnering & Client Relationship Management experience in Travel Domain (Farming & Hunting) only.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Functional head for the Client Relationship team, guiding them on Client Relationships.
- Advisory role with Clients, strategizing on 'best course' actions for their outsourcing and business objectives.
- Driving revenue by creating and championing high-value propositions for the client.
- Peer with Clients’ at Board level to understand their business imperatives and gain trust.
- Business oversight of Client Relationships (account & delivery teams).
- Assist Senior Management in identifying and articulating Client needs and WNS views.
- Managing client visits and accompanying them to Indian Operation Centers.
- Grow Revenue Recovery business unit through sales, farming and cross selling.
Experience Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of Client Relationship experience, with a few years in a senior capacity.
- Ideally from an offshoring company with Indian operations, a knowledge services outsourcing company, or any offshoring/outsourcing company with experience in Travel.
