Affirm's Legal team is seeking a thoughtful attorney to join the Litigation team as Senior Counsel. This role is critical in protecting Affirm's interests and managing risk.
- Manage and oversee Affirm’s portfolio of litigation across consumer, commercial, regulatory, and securities domains.
- Develop and execute strategic litigation plans that align with company goals.
- Advise internal stakeholders on litigation risks and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare status reports and exposure assessments.
- Manage all aspects of discovery and draft pleadings as needed.
- Engage and manage outside counsel.
