Full-Time Senior Customer Marketing Specialist

Senior Specialist, Customer Marketing Sourcing & Qualification plays a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential customer advocates for the Customer Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify customer advocates across various industries, regions, and solution areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Marketing) to source and qualify customer stories.
• Develop and execute strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of customer advocates.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow's marketing objectives.
• Gather details and document customer stories.
• Evaluate and prioritize stories based on relevance, impact, and alignment with ServiceNow's marketing goals.
• Document and maintain a well-organized pipeline of qualified customer advocates.
• Cultivate relationships with potential advocates.
• Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy utilizing various channels.
• Establish clear qualification criteria for potential customer advocates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to uncover customer story details.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a well-structured pipeline of qualified advocates.
• Seamlessly hand off qualified advocates to the story development or customer reference team.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales
• Strong interpersonal skills
