Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to demonstrate Doxel's value and impact.
- Foster customer trust, adoption, and expansion.
- Develop impactful executive presentations to drive business opportunities.
- Influence senior decision-makers to deepen customer investment.
- Lead customer engagement and growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Doxel's products, providing training.
- Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with executives.
- Analyze customer feedback, pain points, and trends to improve product adoption.
- Identify expansion, upsell, and renewal opportunities.
- Guide customers towards trust, adoption, and expansion for strategic growth.
- Help customers solve organizational challenges, optimize workflows, and maximize subscription usage.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders to expand reach and uncover new opportunities.
- Develop executive champions within clients for advocacy, renewals, and referrals.
- Collaborate on data-driven, visually compelling collateral.
- Present strategic insights to strengthen partnerships.
- Document feature requests, bug reports, and technical escalations for R&D.
- Create, update, and maintain best practices, FAQs, and playbooks.
- Escalate and resolve high-priority customer issues.
Required Experience:
- 6+ years in customer success or sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Proven success in managing strategic accounts, building relationships, driving adoption, and contributing to revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership.
- Results-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience driving product adoption and retention.
- Strategic account planning and mapping white space.
- Willingness to travel 50%+.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in the commercial construction industry.
- Strong understanding of general contractor workflows and industry challenges.
