Overview of the position: The Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) is passionate about making customers wildly successful with Scaled Agile's (SAI) offerings. Senior CSMs drive adoption, retention, and expansion by aligning customer needs and relationship management with best-in-class Customer Success tools and methodologies with enterprise customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage strategic and growth accounts, driving account health, consumption, and revenue growth.
- Guide customers through agile transformation using SAFe.
- Drive plans and strategies, leveraging Customer Success tools (success plans, customer journeys, playbooks).
- Build relationships with customer C-suite executives and conduct impactful EBRs.
- Create, own, and execute success plans.
- Persuade customer participation in Advisory Boards, case studies, and testimonials.
- Resolve internal and external challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Improve customer use and satisfaction of SAFe products.
- Collaborate with Regional teams, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product on account management.
- Utilize organizational skills and resources for customer adoption and growth.
- Collaborate with CS Ops, Sales Ops, and IT to improve tools and processes.
- Contribute to knowledge base and evangelize new product features.
A successful candidate will have:
- 7+ years B2B experience, interacting with Global 2000 leaders.
- 3+ years Customer Success Management experience.
- Experience on Agile teams or with SAFe.
- SAFe and/or Agile certifications (SPC, SSM desirable).
- Technical mindset, translating complex scenarios for customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Gainsight, or equivalent.
- Ability to travel 10-15%.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation: Base salary range: $95,000 - $115,000 annually, with 25% variable compensation. Final compensation depends on experience and location.
