Full-Time Senior Deal Desk Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our Deal Operations team, improving efficiencies in the quote-to-cash process. The role requires high-level service, integrity, and responsiveness to the Sales organization. The ideal candidate enjoys evolving roles within a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Mastering the quoting process within SFDC & CPQ.
• Initial triage of quotes submitted to the Deal Desk.
• Evaluating deal economics, business terms, operational requirements, and non-standard requests.
• Collaborating with Deal Desk members for efficient queue management.
• Reviewing assigned quotes for financials, pricing, and risk.
• Providing discount and pricing guidance based on policy.
• Escalation point for compliance with sales & approval policies.
• Liaising with cross-functional partners (Legal, Finance, Product, Pricing, Sales, Operations) for deal closure.
• Becoming a subject matter expert on pricing, product configuration, and business terms.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Deal Strategy and Operations Senior Director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, or Sales.
• Familiarity with financial/revenue recognition principles and contracting.
• Experience in high volume/multi-transactional environments.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail (written & numerical).
• Strong analytical skills (data interpretation, trend identification, actionable insights).
• SaaS sales ecosystems and sales quoting experience.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Trustworthy handling of sensitive information.
