Job Details

Role: Seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead initiatives for accelerating pipeline growth and revenue within enterprise segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging advanced ABM strategies, precise segmentation, and personalized engagement.
  • Shape and refine outbound go-to-market motions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing peers for cohesive strategy execution.
  • Oversee demand generation budget and maximize ROI.
  • Explore innovative approaches to demand generation, ABM, and brand marketing integration.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights for strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise-focused demand generation and campaign management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • ABM Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience implementing ABM strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools like Notion, Salesforce, Pardot, and Looker.
  • Marketing Acumen: Understanding of modern marketing techniques, including persona-based marketing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work seamlessly with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data for actionable insights.
  • Customer Journey Understanding: Deep understanding of the customer journey in enterprise segments.
  • Sales Alignment: Experience driving alignment across marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams.
