Your CareerAs a member of the Middle East & Africa leadership team, build and drive the Ecosystems team to exceed company objectives. Responsible for building a results-driven sales culture delivering in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy. Mentor and develop team members for individual and organizational goals. Track sales activity, provide sales development projects, and create/analyze metrics. Key leader within the EMEA Channel Management team, defining and implementing channel business strategy (GSI, MSSP, CSP, VAR, Distributors, etc.) in the region to grow top-line revenues through structured channel relationships. Reports to VP, EMEA Ecosystems and dotted line to VP, Sales - SEUR & MEA. Carry the complete sales quota for the region, responsible for accurate and timely forecasting in SFDC, working closely with Sales RVP and SE Director.
Your ImpactDevelop and deliver Ecosystem strategy across stakeholders for incremental business through Ecosystem partners to drive exponential growth across Middle East & Africa. Develop Regional strategy for Ecosystems aligned to overall MENEA area, built through detailed analysis and executed with attention to detail. Expand into new Ecosystem Partners, customers or markets through committed partnerships. Ensure high customer satisfaction through capable partnerships, specifically at C-Level. Create multiple routes to market for customers with high-quality experiences. Become trusted advisor to internal sales leaders and Ecosystem partner executives. Influence Ecosystem programs at corporate level to positively impact Ecosystem proactive engagements. Champion continuous innovation and adaptability, foster operational excellence and clear processes. Oversee development and implementation of marketing and sales programs for accelerated growth and profitability. Develop and deliver a high-performing team. Attract and retain exceptional Ecosystem talent.
Your ExperienceExtensive people management experience (10+ years, 2nd line leadership) required. Extensive demonstrable success (12+ years) through multiple routes to market - GSI, Service Provider, Cloud Provider, Value Added Resellers and/or Distributors required. Proven track record in building offerings through Systems Integrators, Service Providers, and Consultancies. Understanding of Enterprise sales methodologies and motions, preferably with experience in direct customer sales engagements. Growth mindset - ability to learn quickly, create new initiatives and execute them effectively. Forward-thinking, focused, capable of creating and implementing evolving strategy to meet development issues. Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
