Job Details
Senior Director, D2C Audiences will drive growth and expansion into the Media Network landscape. You should have a history of building and leading successful programs with large, scaled user bases (tens of millions).
Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders across Experian business units, developing strategy, and executing the roadmap.
Required Skills and Experience include a strong background in media network technologies (adtech/martech platforms, DSPs/SSPs, PMPs), business and product management acumen (engagement drivers, audience/taxonomy strategy, sales go-to-market, business operations), and 10+ years of experience in adtech/retail/media network roles.
Additional Requirements include strong cross-functional team leadership, business/technical acumen, experience with business case development/financial forecasting, P&L management, analytical skills, storytelling abilities, and familiarity with the Product Operating Model (POM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement the Media Network strategy.
- Lead strategy, implementation, and management of signal generation, tagging, audiences/taxonomies, ad/marketing technology platforms, rewards programs, data permissioning/privacy/compliance, measurement, and attribution capabilities.
- Lead sales go-to-market strategy/playbook, supporting sales/client teams.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in data use cases, privacy, and permissibility.
