Job Details
Sr. Embolic Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting, educating, and selling embolic products to healthcare professionals. This involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to optimize patient care. Ensure compliance and achieve sales targets.
Regions: Atlanta, NYC or Boston, Arizona, Dallas or Houston, Detroit or Chicago, Portland or Seattle
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
- Identify and engage potential customers (interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, etc.).
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals/clinics to increase product visibility.
- Drive product adoption through communication and demonstrations.
- Understand the assigned territory's market.
- Build/maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of LAVA and its applications.
- Educate healthcare professionals through training sessions.
- Stay updated on competitive products/industry trends.
- Manage customer accounts and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical affairs).
- Adhere to regulatory/company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce.
- Provide timely sales reports/market feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related field
- 5+ years direct embolic experience & 10+ years medical device sales experience launching new products & selling modality change.
- Ability to interact with various healthcare professionals
- Initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Residence in and ability to travel within assigned territory
- 60-75% travel, including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license
Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 base salary + variable bonus ($160,000 potential).
