ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Enterprise Technical Architect to support regulatory verticals. The Enterprise Architecture Team is part of pre-sales, focused on building credibility with technical leaders in large customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing cross-functional strategies and solutions.
- Leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Creating and communicating high-level architectures to CIO/CTO level.
- Leading and participating in workshops and educational sessions.
- Delivering core deliverables such as operational platform governance, instance strategies, integration architecture, and CSDM strategy.
- Understanding the customer's business strategy and how ServiceNow delivers value.
- Demonstrating how ServiceNow meets strategic customer needs (IT Transformation, Digital Products/Services, etc.).
- Interacting with various levels within customer accounts.
- Providing thought leadership and contributing to best practices, white papers, and workshops.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes.
- Building strong business relationships and simplifying complex concepts.
- Prioritizing work, making big bets, and investing time in the right areas.
- Collaborating with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Proven success influencing senior technology leaders.
- Using Human Centered Design techniques.
- Expertise designing, implementing, and managing advanced architectures.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
- Understanding cloud-based platform principles.
- Presenting architecture concepts to technology leaders.
Qualifications include 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales, customer, or delivery-focused role.
Compensation: $149,250 - $246,300 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
