Iterable is a leading AI-powered customer engagement platform.

Core Purpose: Delight customers with experiences & outcomes maximizing ARR.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer implementations of the Iterable platform.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage internal & external resources.
• Create customer-facing artifacts (presentations, project plans, etc.).
• Advocate for customer product needs internally.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Support Sales with pre-sale activities (scoping, RFPs, presentations).
• Keep project plans and meeting notes organized.
• Engage in team meetings & discussions.
• Contribute to process & service innovations.
• Travel for on-site customer meetings.

Desired Experience:

Compensation: $113,500 - $179,000 (base + variable)
