Full-Time Senior Industry Principal (Remote)

Senior Industry Principal will lead a team of Industry Principals focused on complex new business development for Experian's Financial Services clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead go-to-market strategies to exceed revenue and sales targets.
• Combine business strategy and technology to design creative solutions with strong ROI.
• Position Experian as a strategic advisor, building long-term partnerships and supporting negotiations on multi-year contracts.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business and renewal opportunities.
• Develop customer relationships through consultative sales to increase sales and satisfaction.
• Establish consultative relationships with senior C-level executives.
• Collaborate with partners to develop marketing solutions.
• Provide industry expertise to influence product and development roadmap.
• Work with sales, technology, account management, delivery, support, and product management to develop strategic solutions.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue and new contract targets.
• Develop knowledge acquisition operating rhythms to train less experienced personnel.
• Manage and motivate high-performing team members.
• Develop and manage strategic initiatives.
• Strong people management, collaboration, leadership, and developmental skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years' experience in credit card risk management or marketing analytics at a large US financial institution.
• Experience with machine learning and big data platforms is a plus.
• Experience growing a business with year-over-year goal over-achievement.
• Expert in developing and implementing complex credit risk and credit marketing strategies.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise lending or marketing systems is a plus.
• Known as an expert and thought leader by clients.
• Experience producing results, developing people, ensuring client satisfaction, and securing wins.
