Senior IT Lawyer

Job Description

Support business activities in multiple jurisdictions.

Draft & review agreements, NDAs, and legal documents.

Advise on IP & personal data matters.

Assist sales & other departments during contract negotiation.

Research & evaluate business risks.

Qualifications

Higher education degree in Law.

5+ years experience in a similar role.

Strong experience in commercial & civil law.

Profound experience in client agreements & tenders.

Expertise in IP law.

Detail-oriented.

Upper-Intermediate English.
