The OpportunityAs a Senior Key Account Manager at Cint, you will manage and grow a portfolio of key US-based and global brand accounts, including Fortune 500 companies. As a trusted advisor, you will build and maintain strong relationships, strategically defend and expand revenue streams, and develop tailored account plans to meet client needs. This role requires a proactive approach to uncovering growth opportunities, addressing challenges, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior Account Managers.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships: Build and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Revenue Management: Strategically defend existing revenue streams, identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.
- Negotiate and close complex deals.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
- Client Advocacy: Provide expert guidance on market research best practices and Cint's solutions, identify and address client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success Team.
- Mentor and coach junior Account Managers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and client business needs.
- Travel: Occasional travel for client-side visits.
- Office Visits: Willingness to travel to the New Orleans office.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services within the market research/research-tech industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong client relationships.
- Experience managing complex accounts and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRMs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Anticipated Salary Range (US Only): In California, Colorado, New York City and Washington, the anticipated pay range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 annual base salary with on target annual commission of $60,000 - $75,000.
