Full-Time Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for our legal team, providing comprehensive legal support for all photovoltaic (PV) legal project matters, with a specific focus on M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing legal support to project development and transactional activities, from initiation to implementation, concentrating on the German market with international exposure.
• Drafting and negotiating MOUs, Term Sheets, and JV Agreements.
• Supporting the entire lifecycle of PV projects, particularly during M&A transactions.
• Supporting and reviewing general project contracts (EPC, O&M, and AMAs).
• Providing legal support during PPA and Project Finance phases.
• Directing and overseeing external legal advisors.

Qualifications:

• Law degree (German preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (law firm or in-house), ideally in cross-border scenarios.
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts (SPAs, JVs, EPCs, and PPAs) in German and English.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills are mandatory.
