We are seeking a full-time Senior Legal Manager, AI in the United States to join our team. You will support responsible AI development and deployment, providing legal guidance to Product & Technology, IT, and Information Security teams.
This role is part of our Technology & Privacy legal team. You will:
- Provide legal guidance on AI features across CyberArk solutions.
- Offer legal support for AI workstreams, providing timely advice.
- Establish and maintain audit & compliance controls for AI initiatives.
- Advise on internal AI tool use, focusing on productivity.
- Draft, negotiate, and review complex AI-related agreements.
- Develop and deliver internal training on AI compliance.
- Stay current on AI legal & regulatory developments.
Qualifications:
- JD and membership in a U.S. bar association
- 8-12 years of technology and software experience, specifically for multinational software companies
- In-house experience is a plus
- Strong AI expertise, including legal & regulatory knowledge
- Excellent communication, translating complex issues
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Strong collaborative skills
Compensation: $165,000 - $225,000/year, plus commissions/bonus (performance-based). Base pay varies based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package included.
