Job Details

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to manage, grow, and further develop our Enterprise Sales team. You’ll work with the Enterprise Sales team to drive sales strategy and own the full sales lifecycle into Enterprise accounts.

You must have outstanding communication, negotiation, leadership, and influencing skills to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Prior enterprise SaaS sales experience, C-level relationship maintenance, experience working with large teams, and 7-figure deal experience are essential.

This role will report into the Head of Sales, Canada. The ideal location is Toronto, with remote work in Canada possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Procore’s Enterprise Sales team, driving sales, achieving strategic objectives and quotas, while fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and collaboration.
  2. Support Sales team development through internal training and learning & development.
  3. Manage territory including planning, forecasting, and execution.
  4. Contribute to and drive the GTM strategy.
  5. Identify, engage, and qualify prospects, monitoring progress through the sales cycle.
  6. Establish and nurture key account relationships to generate new business and expand revenue with current customers.
  7. Sell to C-suite, handle solution sales, and sell to multiple stakeholders. Negotiate, present, and close deals.
  8. Develop and continually review formal account engagement plans.
  9. Collaborate with Enablement to develop sales tools to support team goals.
  10. Structure and negotiate business terms and contracts with line-of-business, procurement, senior management, and C-level executives.
  11. Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  12. Travel (25-50%) to Procore offices, clients, and other locations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7-8+ years of software sales experience, proven in identifying and closing seven-figure contracts.
  • 3+ years of management experience in a sales environment (ideally SaaS).
  • Experience in a sales leadership role with the ability to increase sales through high-performance teams and effective sales processes.
  • Proven experience executing sales leadership methodologies and owning all aspects of territory management.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS models, SaaS metrics, and online sales models.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience selling licenses or subscriptions to large, complex organizations; experience selling into the construction industry.
  • Construction experience a plus.

Compensation:

Base pay range: $137,600 - $189,200 + commission (estimated on-target earnings $275,200 - $378,400). Equity compensation also available.
