ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Solution Architecture, to lead a team of skilled enterprise executive architects. The role involves facilitating engagements with customers and the Inspire program.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engagements with key customers, driving tangible outcomes.
- Challenge enterprise executives to re-think work processes and drive top-line revenue.
- Define engagement models and mentor executive architects.
- Establish & develop senior executive and C-suite customer relationships.
- Understand customer business strategies and articulate ServiceNow's value proposition.
- Provide thought leadership in industry GTM and enterprise architecture offerings.
- Collaborate with internal ServiceNow teams for customer support.
- Identify and foster alignment with partners and industry GTM.
- Ensure resource alignment for customer engagements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of senior leadership, 5+ years of Enterprise Architecture/Strategy, and 5+ years of industry experience (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare).
- AI Expertise: Proven experience integrating AI into work processes or leveraging AI-powered tools.
- Leadership: Leading diverse and experienced executive architects, focused on customer outcomes.
- Influence: Influencing senior technology leaders to drive change in pre-sales, customer, or consulting roles.
- Communication: Presenting strategic and technical content to CXO level and key technical resources.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of multiple technical domains (application, data, integration, cloud, AI/ML).
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mentality and willingness to go the extra mile for customer success.
Compensation: $165,825 - $273,675 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
