The Role: Admissions, Team Lead The Admissions Team Lead is accountable for achieving or surpassing student start target objectives within designated Keypath Academic Partners. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, proactive coaching support, and troubleshooting at-risk issues to support student success.
Responsibilities:
- People Leadership: Coach and develop team to meet targets, set clear expectations, provide feedback, support professional growth, and manage employee issues.
- Drive Accountability: Foster positive, collaborative environment where team members understand their roles and are accountable for objectives.
- Training & Development: Facilitate induction training with leaders, identify ongoing learning, and ensure team development.
- Talent Retention: Coach and manage team, nurture top talent through performance framework.
- Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment initiatives.
- Performance & Operations: Drive team's daily management to meet KPIs and targets while maintaining positive student experience.
- Process Management: Maintain and manage processes (SOPs, training materials).
- Championing the Customer: Gather and share insights (student feedback, trends, performance metrics) to enhance student-centric strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Support leaders to solve business challenges, propose process/procedure enhancements.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage internal stakeholder relationships, collaborate with other Team Leaders, Account Management, Marketing, Student Success, and partners to align with goals and processes.
Who We're Looking For:
- Higher education or similar experience
- Strong sales and customer service experience
- Coaching experience
- Operational performance experience
- Proven sales accomplishment, expertise in sales methodologies and tactics
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Initiative and independent judgment within guidelines
- Experience within the Education Industry (valued)
Technical/Further Skills:
- Exposure to data analysis
- CRM and telephony systems usage
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding listening and comprehension skills
Special Requirements:
- Adaptability to varying shifts
- Occasional travel
