Job Details

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Professional Services Sales to join Procore’s Professional Services team. You’ll lead a team responsible for scoping and defining tailored service solutions. Your goal is accurate, high-quality scoping to align with Procore’s delivery capabilities and customer expectations.

You’ll partner with sales, solution architects, and professional services teams to define and document service offerings, optimizing scoping efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Professional Services Pre-Sales team.
  2. Position Procore’s offerings with value-based selling, tailoring to customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with sales, architects, and services teams to assess client needs and develop Statements of Work (SOWs).
  4. Oversee SOW creation and refinement, aligning with Procore’s technology and customer needs.
  5. Foster partnerships with Account Executives and stakeholders to boost service offerings’ salability.
  6. Develop and maintain metrics for scoping accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  7. Drive process improvements to enhance scoping efficiency and scalability.
  8. Act as an escalation point for complex engagements, resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in professional services sales, consulting, or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of project scoping, pre-sales processes, and professional services delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience scoping, drafting, and presenting service options and SOWs.
  • Analytical mindset to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with construction technology and RFPs is preferred.
