The Senior Marketing Program Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Distribution plays a key role in driving global marketing initiatives through strategic customer partnerships and distributor collaboration.
The role requires a seasoned marketing professional with strong customer-facing experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to travel internationally.
The individual will serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Commercial, Product Management, and the Distribution Network, developing and executing marketing programs to elevate product visibility and adoption globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple workstreams and interact with executive-level marketing teams.
- Understand LGC Diagnostics & Genomics brand and co-brand with partners effectively.
- Act as a marketing liaison for strategic partners and key distribution channels.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns generating high-quality leads and supporting sales growth.
- Manage promotional materials review process.
- Represent LGC in customer-facing interactions and international travel.
- Drive content creation and execution for campaigns related to product launches, strategic accounts, and distribution efforts.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Product Management teams.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of partnership and distribution initiatives.
- Maintain market trend understanding, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Develop co-branded marketing programs for new product launches.
- Work with vendors.
- Support broader Marketing Program Management team.
Knowledge, Experience, and Technical Skills
- Proven success in a customer-facing marketing role. Sales experience, or experience supporting strategic accounts or distribution partners internationally is desirable.
- Experience in the global Life Sciences/Diagnostics sector is desirable.
- Experience with advertising agencies and marketing plan implementation.
- Content management systems and marketing automation platform experience (HubSpot, Pardot).
- CRM experience (Salesforce).
- Strong English language verbal and written communication, presentation skills; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and be detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science or related field
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a regulated or scientific industry.
- Previous experience working with strategic customers, key accounts, and/or distribution partners.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
