About the Role: As a Senior Partner Manager, you'll drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, focusing on expanding our market presence and ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop partnership and integration strategies.
- Execute deals and initiatives supporting our partner strategy.
- Develop and execute partner GTM strategies for Partner-sourced opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.
- Manage partner pipelines and day-to-day collaborations.
- Coordinate with Sales throughout opportunity life-cycles.
- Nurture leads and relationships.
- Develop integrations and GTM motions with key ISV and technology partners.
- Influence partner programs and processes.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years experience in Partner Management, Sales, or Channel Development.
- Strong strategic mindset for aligning partnerships with business objectives.
- Experience with hyperscaler and data warehouse cloud partners (Databricks, Snowflake, Google Cloud).
- Self-motivated and decisive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
