The impact you’ll make: As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will drive partner engagement and product adoption. You will work directly with partners to maximize the adoption and impact of our voter engagement tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on partner needs, our vision, offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Drive adoption and usage by developing tailored engagement strategies.
- Proactively analyze adoption trends and refine approaches.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, implementation coaching, support, and renewal.
- Coach partners on our offerings, particularly technical implementation.
- Proactively identify and address partner challenges.
- Inspire partners to leverage product updates and best practices.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a small high-performing team.
- Foster staff growth and impact through ongoing coaching.
- Explore emerging best practices in customer success and civic technology.
- Represent Democracy Works in external presentations.
- Travel up to 10%.
- Execute other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of customer success or account management experience in a B2B SaaS context.
- 1+ years of experience managing direct reports.
- Proven experience in building strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting technical integrations (widget embeds, APIs).
- Experience working closely with product development.
- Experience leading or contributing to go-to-market strategies.
- Bias towards action, proactively solving problems.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and CRM software.
- Experience in voter engagement or political technology is a plus.
How we work: We embrace working remotely as the default. Regular daily computer use (G-Suite, Slack), regular operating hours (10 am to 6 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday). For those who prefer to work from an office, we are headquartered in Brooklyn, NY. There may be travel for occasional staff retreats or meetings.
