Full-Time Senior Presales Proposal Specialist

Presales Proposal Specialist Role:

Support the Presales Office in defining, articulating, and documenting IT services and solutions for new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Client-Centric Proposals: Develop compelling proposals for offers and RFxs, tailoring documentation to client needs.
• Opportunity Qualification: Collaborate with sales to assess new opportunities, gathering details and aligning with Accesa's capabilities.
• Knowledge Management: Utilize Accesa's services catalog, case studies, and performance data for proposal content.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Tribe Leads, CTO) to gather insights for proposal inclusion.
• Process Adherence: Ensure proposals meet legal, compliance, internal approval, and commercial strategy standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in proposal tools and processes, improving trackers, sales materials, and templates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related IT field.
• 5+ years' experience in bid/proposal management, sales support, or client-facing IT roles.
• Proven ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, simplifying complex technical information.
• Confident presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders (CxOs, executives).
• Strong English communication skills, German and Swedish are a plus.
