Experian Marketing Services (EMS) seeks an experienced Product Manager to spearhead the strategy for online identity resolution products across the AdTech and MarTech ecosystem. You'll execute product strategy, understand market needs, and create customer-centric requirements and roadmaps. Maintain competitive analysis, influence product development, and drive marketing programs. Report to the Group Product Director.
What you'll do:
- Assess market needs for identity, evaluating how Experian Online and Offline Identity Resolution products support consumer marketing in AdTech and MarTech.
- Define product strategies for online and offline identity resolution products/services across sales channels and vertical markets.
- Manage product roadmap, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and customer feedback for online identity products/services.
- Analyze markets, assess competitive landscapes, and determine market potential/revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to deliver product roadmaps for new products and enhancements.
- Understand customer needs and create competitive differentiation, including competitive landscape analysis.
- Inspire creative projects and partner with Experian Strategy, Data Science, and development teams to test new MVPs.
- Work with Experian departments and product management teams.
- Train internal partners on product value and enable sales teams through marketing/product marketing collateral creation.
- Participate in industry trade associations (IAB, DMA) and engage with analysts (Gartner, Forrester).
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of demonstrated product management experience, leading roadmap delivery and external partnerships.
- 5+ years of consumer marketing experience with identity understanding.
- Domain knowledge and technical experience in Ad-Tech/Mar-Tech.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Understanding of identity is critical. Travel required (approx. 10%).
